Covid-19 – our response

The health, safety and wellbeing of guests and staff is our top priority.

We are actively monitoring updates from the government and UK Hospitality and it is our intention to adhere to official guidelines and regulations at all times.

This is likely to lead to some changes in the service offered; for example, at the present time we are providing a Breakfast Box delivered to your room.  Please note if you have booked with AirBnB, the Breakfast box is not included unless requested at extra cost.  Hospitality tray and cereals are provided.

Furthermore, if you are staying for more than one night your room may not be cleaned daily, therefore, please leave rubbish bags tied up and left outside your room. A bag will be left for you to put wet towels in and leave outside your room, these will be replaced, also if you leave your hospitality tray outside your room it too will be replaced.

IMPORTANT please open windows to keep room healthy and ventilated.

Guests will be asked to use hand sanitiser on entering the property and hand sanitiser will also be placed in the bedrooms and dining room.

In addition to the enhanced cleaning regime, which we already follow, each room will be deeply sanitized before it is re let. As part of our safety measures all unnecessary ornaments, etc have been removed from the bedrooms and public areas.

Should you develop symptoms of Covid 19 during your stay you will need to return home immediately.

It goes without saying that guests will need to cancel, possibly at the last minute, if they develop Covid symptoms and it follows that we will cancel a booking if we develop symptoms.
